This website and the Orgabot project are provided by Senternet LLC on an “as is” basis for informational purposes. We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of its content, and it may change at any time. By using this site, or the Orgabot software, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use either.

This website

orga.bot describes the Orgabot software, publishes its documentation, and lets you request access to it. You may read, link to, and quote it. The text, design, screenshots and the Orgabot name and logo belong to Senternet LLC; please do not republish them in a way that suggests Senternet LLC made or endorsed something it did not. How the site handles data, including analytics and your cookie choice, is described in the Privacy Policy.

The site links to other websites, including the services Orgabot connects to and other Senternet products. We do not control those sites, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

The Orgabot software

The Orgabot software itself is governed by the license in its source repository. Your use of any linked software is subject to that license. Where you received access under a separate written agreement with Senternet LLC, that agreement governs your use of the software, and it controls if it conflicts with these terms.

It is pre-release software. Orgabot is in private alpha. Features, commands, data formats and defaults can change or be removed without notice, and alpha access can be granted, paused or ended at our discretion. Do not rely on it as the only copy of anything that matters: keep your repositories pushed and your own backups current.

It acts with your authority. Orgabot directs AI coding workers that run on your machine, as your user account, with the credentials and connector grants you give it. The changes, pull requests, merges and other actions it takes are taken on your behalf, and you remain responsible for them and for reviewing what reaches your repositories and systems. Its approval gates, policies and independent review reduce risk; they do not eliminate it, and they are only as strict as you configure them.

Services you connect. The AI model providers, source hosts and other services you connect Orgabot to are separate companies. Your accounts with them, the charges they bill you, and what they do with the data you send them are governed by your agreements with them, not by these terms. You are responsible for complying with those agreements, including their usage limits.

Your code stays yours. We claim no ownership of your repositories, your organization data, or the output Orgabot produces for you. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them to improve Orgabot without owing you anything for it.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site or Orgabot to break the law, to access systems or data you are not authorized to access, to interfere with the site or with other people’s use of it, or to get around the access controls of the software or the services it connects to. If you find a security problem, please report it to security@orga.bot as described on the security page rather than testing it against anyone else’s systems.

Warranties and liability

The site and the software are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and without any promise that they will be available, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Senternet LLC is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this site or the software it describes. That includes lost data, lost code, lost profits, and charges incurred with the services you connect, whether or not we were told they were possible.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as Orgabot moves from alpha toward a general release. The date at the top of this page changes when they do, and continuing to use the site or the software after an update means you accept the updated terms. Questions about them can be sent to hello@orga.bot.
